Ik kreeg voor het eerst interesse in architectuur tijdens een vakantie in Barcelona. Het is dus ook niet vreemd dat mijn eerste stukje over architectuur gaat over een huis in Zaragoza, Spanje, ontworpen door de Alberto Campo Baeza Architects.
Designwebsite Design-Milk is in ieder geval enthousiast over dit huis voor een dichter:
a house built to dream, read and think…that is what Alberto Campo Baeza Architects say about this home. The garden is enclosed by concrete walls, an antiseptic interior that ventures into the outdoors blurring the line between the two. Light from the north pours through the glazed walls in the interior cube, reflecting from the white concrete floors and bouncing on the “galeria white” walls. At the lowest point: the bedrooms, below ground, as in a cave.
Het prachtige wit geeft je het gevoel dat je je in de wolken begeeft. Het is dan ook echt een huis om in te dromen. Bekijk hieronder 6 foto's van het interieur en exterieur van dit geweldige bouwwerk.
