Noisia, het driekoppige team producers van Groningse bodem treedt wekelijks over de hele wereld op, maar zijn deze week weer op hun thuisbasis aan het Boterdiep te vinden. Van hun verwachten we natuurlijk een vette beukende set die smaakt naar meer. Dat meer wordt onder andere gegeven door de rijzende ster van de drum 'n bass scene TC. Zijn frisse producties voor D-Style Records worden door grote jongens als Fabio en Grooverider platgedraaid en het afgelopen jaar had hij samen met MC Jakes een enorme hit met de track 'Deep'.

Noisia are a three-man production collective from The Netherlands consisting of Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger.
At the start of their recording career they were focused mainly on drum 'n bass, but the recent years have clearly showed their diversity as producers. From remixing to producing pop albums, from hiphop to breakbeat, Noisia have proven themselves capable while maintaining a strong foothold in the drum 'n bass scene and staying true to their signature sound: dirty, but clean. The same attitude is to be found in their DJ-sets: they play mostly drum 'n bass, but don't be surprised if you find yourself with your hands in the air when a 4/4 beat at 133 bpm drops in the middle of the set!

Having grown up in Bristol Xample has always been surrounded by the sounds of drum and bass and the love of this music lead to him buying his first set of turntables. After relocating to Liverpool, he teamed up with the local dj/producers Sol and Futurebound and became a regular at nights around the North West, playing at some of the best nights in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. Around this time, Xample decided he wanted to try his hand at producing and before to long had notched up releases on labels such as Hard leaders, Penny Black and L plates.

Spinning the decks since 2001. Winner of several dj contests and nominations for the dutch drum&bass awards for best breakthough and best dj. From drumfunk to good neuro, from liquid to dark stuff. I like them all.
Every 2 months there is a Break-Fast Party in Groningen. The main focus is drum and bass. Since 2003 we had special guests like: Teebee, Fanu, Break, Silent Witness, The Panacea, Icicle, Fracture, Neptune, Martsman, N.phect, Dizplay and many many others. Since early 2008 Break-Fast Audio is launched. Main focus is drum&bass. Other labels with other music styles will follow.Every three months there is a Solk party @ Hedon, Zwolle. The beats and the breaks side of drum&bass is the main focus here. At Solk you can see and hear artists like Seba, Paradox and Fanu.
