Born in the summer of 1984, Aya grew up watching the whole uk scene evolve from speedgarage/2step to grime to dubstep. Listening to the likes of Artful dodger, dj Zinc, Wiley and Dizzee Rascal, the whole U.K scene made a big impact on him. The ultimate breakthrough that eventually led to starting to produce music himself, was the upcoming sound of dubstep. Now, a few years later, Aya has his first official release " Not Here To Mingle " through Oi recordings after releasing his first EP " Fuck The System " at the beginning of 2010. Even though dubstep is his main genre Aya also participates in other types of music. Collaborating with artists from Holland and the U.K. he takes part in various projects from grime to hiphop and soul, focusing on expanding his growth as an artist.
